Deshaynior Fashion and Merchandising INC, A luxury Lifestyle Brand Company, in 2008 with her late father, to address the need for unique one of a kind wedding décor and interior home décor that didn't hit the landfill right after the ceremony. Now Deshaynior Luxury Brand offers an enormous inventor of furniture, décor and stylistic lifestyle to off beat beyond. April brings a profound leadership, expertise and history to her entrepreneurial and coaching network, with experience as diverse as creating and developing a world class fashion collection. Running offices, and studios in new York, L.A. and Florida, managing global deliveries, and partnerships for more than 5 years working alongside and for some of the industries top wedding shops, boutiques, and event planners, she developed training materials and private designs. Her time at David's bridal and other wedding shops, was part of the inspiration for her newest venture: Become a wedding Pro Program. April debuted become a wedding pro program in 2014, she offers mastermind business coaching and educational programs to independent creative wedding and event planners, looking and wanting to navigate-and succeed-in the crowded wedding industry. Informed by not only her own experience and knowledge of entrepreneurial success, but also by the experience gained in more than 10 years of diverse corporate sector work, April brings a deep level of business, leadership and personal success strategies to her coaching clients. When April isn't coaching wedding pros or co-planning beautiful weddings, or events, you'll find her serving God and his people. Taking a trip, traveling, collecting art paintings, sea shells, creating her next fashion or bridal line or writing her memoirs about her life growing up. She loves spending time with her family and animals.
